Quality assurance, control and compliance

Quality sales are sales that maximise sales opportunities and are compliant with legislation and campaign scripts and briefs. Product owners are responsible for the validation of their own and/or sales made by 3rd parties on their behalf.

CDA Solutions, through its proprietary Node web based software, ensures that sales made through its outbound call center are strictly compliant with legislation. Our team of skilled and highly trained Quality Assurance Agents audit telesales calls using a comprehensive scoring tool to provide our clients with assurance regarding sales quality and compliance. Quality scores can be provided for an individual telesales person, a team, and/or on a campaign basis.

We differentiate ourselves, and achieve higher converted sales than our competitors, as our telesales function is supported by CRM software that provides end to end automated processes and functionality through the sales cycle and is integrated with Node, which provides industry leading quality (assurance, control and compliance) and reporting functionality.

This provides clients with independent assessments of the quality and compliance of 3rd party telesales.
