Adrian Plantema

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Adrian has a B.BusSci (Honours) Finance from UCT and is a CA(SA). He completed his articles at Fisher Hoffman Sithole.

Adrian has worked in senior leadership positions in a variety of industries including private equity, manufacturing and distribution and engineering and construction.

He joined CDA Solutions in July 2020.

Lucy Kalify

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Lucy has a B.Proc from RAU. She has worked in various organisations in the direct marketing industry through her career. Lucy has worked with several industry leaders who have helped shaped her business experience in the industry.

Lucy joined CDA Solutions in 2009. Her portfolio covers commercial and sales.

Shani Plantema

marketing DIRECTOR

Shani has a B.Com from the University of Stellenbosch. She completed her articles at Fisher Hoffman Sithole.

After her articles, Shani joined a direct marketing business as the Financial Manager. During her time there, she lead the team that started CDA Solutions and has been instrumental in growing it to where it is today.

Shani has been with the business for 14 years. Her portfolio covers business development and marketing.

Jeanne Wiggill

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Jeanne has a B.Com Accounting Sciences (Honours) from the University of Pretoria and is a CA (SA). She completed her articles at Ernst & Young.

Jeanne has headed up many finance departments for both listed and private companies. Jeanne has a passion for continuous improvement, people development and compliance.

Jeanne joined CDA Solutions in 2023. Her portfolio includes finance, human resources, procurement & risk.

Amrish Seetharam

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Amrish joined the business in 2009, and later completed his B.Com degree through UNISA.

He has an in-depth understanding of the workings of a call centre having started as an agent, before moving into a campaign management role. Amrish is now responsible for all Operations within CDA Solutions. His portfolio includes campaign and leads optimisation, and he oversees the Quality Assurance function throughout the business.

Sachin Mothilal

HEAD OF PRODUCTION: DIRECT

Sachin has significant experience in the call centre environment having led numerous teams. He is a strong communicator who develops deep connections with people and builds lasting relationships. He always looks to expand his networks.

Sachin combines his experience with a drive to achieve results and improve how things are done. He thrives in challenging environments, solving problems and getting the best out of his teams.

Sachin heads up the outbound direct call centre at CDA Solutions.

Lourens Botha

HEAD OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Lourens has a B.Com (Honours) from UJ. He began his career in the financial services industry with an insurance broking group. He started as an insurance broker, briefly moved into accounting and ended up in software development.

Lourens joined CDA Solutions 8 years ago and his portfolio covers the IT and digital side of the business.
